I am also thinking about going into the education field after college, so tutoring would be a way for me to gain some experience. As a member of the National Honor Society at my high school, I frequently volunteered to tutor other students. I also worked as a volunteer at Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary in Lothian, MD where I did research on red-backed salamanders during my senior year of high school. I am currently in the Honors Program at Salisbury University. I am also the Secretary of Outdoor Club and a Peer Leader for the Green Floor Living and Learning Community.
