Experience

I tutored two middle school children for a over a year. I was part of the MSA grand slam program at Mardela Middle school in that I helped four students raise their MSA bench mark scores in reading and writing in order to become profiecent on the test. I want to be a tutor because I love helping students understand concepts that are difficult for them and i really enjoying seeing students succeed academically. I have taken many english courses at the university including english 101, english 102, composition 301, women writers of color, british lit 1 and 2, american lit 1 and 2, contemporary trends in british lit. I was also selected to be a writing center consultant at the university.
