Education
I went to Towson University and majored in History and minored in English. I graduated with a GPA of 3.5 and was also a part of the Phi Alpha Theta historical honors society.
Experience
I tutored a dyslexic high school student in English and reading comprehension for over a year from 2011- 2012. I tutored a dyslexic first grader in the summer and fall of 2012 in reading comprehension. I tutored a dyslexic fourth grader from 2015-2016 in Phonix. I want to be a tutor because I really like it. I feel that it is a better alternative than the public school system because I can be more flexible in responding to the students needs.
