Current client is in 8th grade: Tutored her in 7th grade Math and helped raise grade 2 levels, from failing to passing with a high C. Student now feels confident in their math skills. Worked with freshman orientation junior and senior year of high school; worked with elementary students in S.T.A.R.S. program at Pinehurst elementary; tutored younger sister in math skills. SAT: 1760 I would like to be a tutor to help students preparing for AP tests, SAT/ACT test prep, to hone their personal skills, and to keep my own skills sharp. I have taken Algebra 1, Algebra 2, College Algebra in high school, Statistics, a myriad of science courses including Biology and Chemistry, and AP English courses. I passed the AP Psychology exam and the AP Literature exam.

Hobbies
I played trumpet in band for 9 years. I used to play sports such as lacrosse and volleyball, and bowled for almost 12 years. I enjoy being outside, as well as reading, and Science is my favorite subject, even though I am most proficient at Math. I enjoy hearing about people's days. My favorite color is blue, and I love hanging out with my friends. I also blow glass and love art! I am a polite, friendly person looking to tutor on Fridays (and other days).
